Khaman Gold
No. 1 besan in Maharashtra — ultra-lightweight, spongy texture with a vibrant natural yellow colour. The gold standard for Dhokla and Papdi.
Since 1984, Ganesh Dal & Besan Mill and Ramtilak Roller Flour Mill have been making top-quality besan and flour for India's best food brands. Every year, we mill over 60,000 tonnes — trusted by bakers, sweet makers and kitchens all across the country.
In 1984, Satish, Vinod and Arun Shah had spent over 20 years buying and selling grain. Then they decided to make it themselves — not to grow fast, but to build something that would last: a name people could count on every single time.
They started small — just 1,300 sq. ft. in Shirwal. Today, that same family runs two full mills supplying besan and flour to India's best-known sweet shops, snack makers and bakeries. We now mill over 60,000 tonnes a year. But size was never the goal — quality always was.
Each product is hand-selected, machine-cleaned, and quality-tested before it leaves our mills. Browse our two signature ranges.
